Canon did a 10/10 job!!

We had a problem with our 2020 Ridgeline auto-idle. Although there was no Honda recall for the problem, Christian was aware of the issue and was able to find a solution through Honda. No charge! Great work.

Jerry Seiner Honda mechanics and other personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also notable was that the lady in the waiting area served us freshly baked cookies and then prepared sandwiches for lunch. I’ve never had that before. I would highly recommend Seiner for Honda owners.

If you want great customer service and a dealership who actually cares go to Jerry Seiner Honda. It was my first stop looking for a new Honda and I really appreciated the care and patience I received while making my decision. I wasn’t sure which car I wanted and my first stop was actually here. Gary Fung came up to me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular, he showed me a couple different models to see what I gravitated towards and finally I decided to go with a civic. I took down his number since I wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger yet and over the course of almost a month we texted back and forth about the car I was looking for, what I wanted in the car and what he could do to help. What I appreciated is that he was never pushy or over overbearing, he was knowledgeable, helpful and a really charismatic guy altogether and I felt really comfortable eventually giving him the sale when I was ready to finally make the purchase. One of the last things, was I asked about the civic hybrid sport in urban grey pearl (since that’s what I was leaning towards) but in the hatchback model. I would’ve been happy with just the sedan but I asked Gary anyways if he knew of anywhere that I could get the civic with a hatchback. I myself looked all over online & at other dealerships but Gary made it very clear that not only the specific body style, but the color I wanted was a very rare and hard to find car. So after a month of looking and not finding it in a hatchback, I asked Gary one more time if he could look for me again. And lo and behold he said there was actually one available all the way in Reseda! I was so excited & he made the arrangements, talked to his manager Hooman (who also really helped put this altogether with his personal connections) and finally my dream car was on the way to Jerry Seiner Honda! My Honda Civic hybrid-sport hatchback in urban grey pearl was the only one in all of Southern California and with the help of Gary and Hooman I was able to get my dream car! At the start of this journey I didn’t think I would actually be able to get everything I wanted on my checklist, but the people at Jerry seiner Honda made it happen! The process to purchase the car was easy and stress-free, I also wanted to shout out the finance guy we worked with, he gave us an amazing deal on the warranty. I will say if paying for the car outright bring a cashiers check instead of a personal check. Other than that, everything was so smooth and everyone made the process painless. I didn’t get to negotiate the price of the car much but because the car is so rare and they had to pull a lot of strings to even get it here, it was understandable. However Hooman did throw in the wheel locks for free which I very much appreciated. So please if you’re looking for a Honda, stop at Jerry seiner first and ask for Gary. He doesn’t pressure you or stalk you around the lot lol he’s very gifted at making the experience feel very personalized and he will give you his number and you can text him any time about anything and he will get back to you asap. I really appreciated that about him because during my month search I had so many questions and asks of him and he always came through, 10/10. If I was to give a recommendation to someone looking to buy a Honda, I’d always recommend Gary Fung at Jerry Seiner Honda and his manager Hooman will also go above and beyond and use his connections to get you exactly what you are looking for! If your dream car exists out there, they will do everything in their power to get it for you. To know I got the only car of my kind in all of Southern California is amazing especially since they are very sought after and are in high demand. Went there to get my van serviced for a oil change. My initial time was 10:30 am but I arrived a little early and they were able to make my van. They finished within a good time. The service was great! The customer service was even better. With just moving to the area I was pleased with the services provided and will continue to bring my van here.

I called at 10:00am set appointment At 12:30 Same day. They prepared 3 trucks to choose from all detailed and ready for inspection. The sales staff were wonderful (and I love finding fault) did everything I asked, spent 2 hours helping me examine the vehicles. They gave me all the options I asked for regarding payment. Doing the paperwork was completely painless. All the trucks were in perfect condition and being 3 years old was Was amazing. My rear brakes were done in 90 minutes, under what was estimated. The wait room was comfortable and well set up with coffee, water and snacks - nice touch!
