excellent service my car was washed and I was in and out. It’s very well organized.

Starting when I called and spoke to Isaiah to the end upon closing the deal was an extremely wonderful experience. Eric the sales manager and Arnie in finance both went out of there ways to solidify the deal.

Left my CRV for a oil change and tire rotation. There was also a recall for a software upgrade. Service was done early and very happy with that. After picking up the car it started show alerts about the cruise control, TPMS and braking systems. I called and they had me bring it back. It checked out ok and the alerts went away, so happy about that I'd definitely take my car back for service at Jerry Seiner.

My Acura MDX serviced at this store specifically Brandon takes care of my car and is excellent customer service very patient. And always makes sure. That everything does get taken care of. He takes very good care of his customers always goes. The extra mile has a good sense of humor very polite and good mannered. He make sure that everything is taken care of on my car and let me know if other things need to be taken care of no pressure just giving me the information and of course I follow his suggestions. Everyone there is very nice and professional. They have great customer service and I’ve had worked on my car many times in the last couple of years and will continue taking my car there I feel very confident in their work, ethics and professionalism. I would advise anyone to take their car there and feel comfortable that it will be taken care of by people who have pride in the workmanship.

The staff is friendly and low pressure. I worked with Isiah. I was able to see the car I was interested in. I let them know the color and interior I wanted, not currently on the lot, but I wouldn't be ready to buy for two months. Two months later they got the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The Children's Center needs plenty of love—new toys, books, colored pencils, and coloring books—to create an inviting space. It should be an area where children can play and interact while parents wait for their cars. That said, the car service was excellent, staffed by quality ambassadors, skilled technicians, and wonderful Felix treatment. They also offered welcoming sandwiches, fresh chocolate chip cookies, water, and coffee served by a charming and professional woman (no disrespect, grandma-like). The area, bathrooms, and arrival space were spotless. I will definitely return to them.

Bill Peters helped me with my purchase, and he was great to work with. He took the time to explain the differences between the various car options and walked me through the features so I could make an informed decision. Our sales rep (Isaiah) was very helpful & respectful of our time. I was a little taken back by the General Manager & Sales Manager, who were overly pushy to get that sell that night. They did a poor job in reading me, being I was fully committed to the car, but needed to check the financing with my bank the next morning. I'm not sure why it was or important that they close that night, but it made the difference in me driving home pleased the next day or questioning their pushiness that evening. Like I said, the sales guy was spot on, management was stereotypical and kind of a turn-off in the moment.

Canon did a 10/10 job!!

We had a problem with our 2020 Ridgeline auto-idle. Although there was no Honda recall for the problem, Christian was aware of the issue and was able to find a solution through Honda. No charge! Great work.

Jerry Seiner Honda mechanics and other personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also notable was that the lady in the waiting area served us freshly baked cookies and then prepared sandwiches for lunch. I’ve never had that before. I would highly recommend Seiner for Honda owners.

Felix was very thorough and explained everything, this was a warranty and everything was paid for by Hoonda. Even provided an Uber. Good experience.
